How To Use
How to use an African net sponge
Wet the sponge and add soap, body wash, shower oil or Liquid African Black Soap.
Work up a lather, then stretch the sponge to reach your back.
Scrub in gentle circles. Start with light pressure and adjust.
Rinse the sponge and hang it to dry.
Follow with body oil or body butter while your skin is still damp.
Massage over the body using gentle pressure, then rinse skin thoroughly. Use lighter pressure on softer areas and firmer pressure only where needed.
After use, rinse the sponge well and hang to dry.
