I’m an Amber girl through and through. I’m probably on my fifth container at this point. I love layering this moisturizer as a base for my perfume, and Amber is the perfect mildly sweet vanilla scent. And the butter itself? I don’t even have to rave about it because Abeke has truly mastered the art of a whipped, soufflé-like body butter. The moment it touches your palms, it starts melting instantly, and somehow that airy whipped texture lasts for as long as you own the jar. The application is incredibly smooth and luxurious. One tip I always give anyone getting into body butters: apply it on damp skin. It locks in moisture so much better and leaves your skin feeling soft, hydrated, and glowing for hours.
i tried a sample of amber at an event they were vending for and i was HOOKED from the beginning. not only does it smell amazing, but it left my skin so silky smooth without an overly greasy feeling, if that makes sense?
i was hesitant on buying at first because i wasn’t sure i wanted to spend the money, but during the few hours after i walked away, i couldn’t stop smelling my hands and rubbing them together because of how soft they were. ultimately, i went back to their tent and immediately purchased (which i DO NOT REGRET!)
i’ve been using it every day and a little goes a long way! i will be repurchasing when i run out. i highly recommend the amber scent in particular, but their other scents were incredible too :)
When I tell you this body butter is everything you’ll hope for and more- I mean that with my soul! The amber scent plus the silky, non-greasy yet luscious feeling this leaves you with gives life with each use. I promise once you smooth this on you’ll never use a different body butter.
The amber scent in this whipped butter is rich but subtle, and it keeps my body hydrated. I find that it works best for me when my skin is still a bit damp because it locks in the moisture enough that my skin still feels moisturized and not dry even a day later. This is my second favorite scent after the orange.
